Business Partner Council
Avivo’s Business Partner Council is an innovative network of employers and professionals committed to strengthening Minnesota’s workforce and communities. Members of our Business Partner Council get the opportunity to create a positive impact on the lives of our diverse and skilled participants – a chance to help people in removing barriers to self-sufficiency as they pursue their career goals.
Members of our Business Partner Council gain access to our diverse and highly skilled job candidates.
Membership opportunities:
- Host an Intern or Externships
- Support job seekers with mock interviews.
- Facilitate variety of different skills workshops, such as time management, strategic job search, networking, etc.
- Classroom presentations to educate students on your organization or to teach a skill set like improved financial literacy.
- Directly hire qualified participants.
- Support the Avivo Institute of Career & Technical Education with curriculum development and feedback on key topics.
- Participate in our quarterly career fairs.
- Experience meaningful volunteer work.
